According to the European community, artificial intelligence serves to help citizens improve medical care, vehicles and other means of transport are safer and products and services are personalized, cheaper and more durable. It also facilitates access to information, education and training, which was especially highlighted by the need for distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, AI can make workplaces safer, as robots would perform for the most dangerous tasks, and create more jobs as industry and companies adapt to this technology.
Due to the variety, quantity and diversity of information available, companies are not clear about how to take advantage of so many technologies or what is the most effective route to seek the benefit of artificial intelligence. For this reason, a company of Colombian origin called CUANTICO decided to focus on accompanying public entities in search of digital transformation by applying these new technologies and thereby intends to positively impact society and the state’s relationship with people.
